A bit preoccupied with thinking about going to dinner at sweet Indian boyfriend's house tomorrow night. He and his older sister live with their parents---and we're told it's customary for Indian children to stay at home until they're married. Hmmm, we could be Indian if that's the case!
Anyway, haven't spent time with his folks since Christmas when they came here for a meal. But nervousness aside, what makes tomorrow extra-special is that they'll cook Indian yummies for us. And they promised to make it less spicy than they'd normally have. These western European tongues just can't stand that much heat! And to think that Well, Gary can, but we can't account for that.
And we'll take a few apple pies we'll make Sunday afternoon.
Being with new folks so often makes me want to run and hide, and this situation is no exception. I could be a hermit so easily.
(a bit concerned at this being written at about a 3rd grade reading level!!!)
